Helix Insights

Why Helix Insights exists

Most data vendors sell a piece of the problem. Helix Insights was built to own the whole thing — one accountable partner from strategy through to day-to-day operation.

Helix Insights is built around a straightforward idea: data maturity shouldn't be assembled from a chain of separately-managed vendors, each owning a slice and none owning the outcome. We work at solution and architecture level first, then carry that design through platform, engineering, governance and intelligence delivery as a single managed offering.

That approach comes out of two decades spent inside large, regulated data environments — leading a data platform consolidation across dozens of divisions of a major bank, architecting solutions on the Microsoft stack, and running SAS-based analytics practices before that. The common thread across all of it: the projects that succeeded were the ones where one team stayed accountable end to end, and the ones that stalled were the ones handed off between specialists who never spoke to each other.

Helix Insights partners closely with iDbase to deliver this in practice — combining strategic and architectural leadership with the engineering and delivery capacity to actually run what gets designed.

Who we work with

Financial services

Institutions where data platforms sit under continuous regulatory and audit scrutiny, and where governance has to be built in rather than bolted on.

Education

Institutions managing sensitive student and operational data across systems that were rarely designed to work together.

Engagements run either directly with Helix Insights, or through a white-label channel partner backed by our platform, engineering and governance capability.
